Cash in at Persimmon’s Trinity Square

Trinity Square - kitchen Common sense tells us that the further away from the city you live, the cheaper property prices become but have you ever thought about just how much money you could save by moving out of the centre and into the suburbs?

Doncaster-based Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire has done exactly that and is urging house hunters to consider the advantages satellite towns offer before moving to the city centre, weighing up just how much it’s going to cost against the amount of cash they could expect to save.

Ian Wilson, sales manager for Persimmon’s South Yorkshire region explains: “Just by moving a few miles out of the city centre, buyers can expect to reap a whole host of financial rewards. Many people have done exactly that by choosing to buy at our Trinity Square development on the outskirts of Doncaster rather than being forced to pay a premium for that city centre postcode.”

Properties on release at Trinity Square currently range in price from £131,995 to £182,995.

Trinity Square is situated in an established residential area at Junction Road in Stainforth. Accessed from junction 6 of the M18, Trinity Square is a select new development comprising just 44 three bedroom new homes which includes a mix of traditional semi detached, stylish mews properties and contemporary three storeys.
