4th September 2007 Print
Barratt’s popular The Gateway development at Handsworth has launched a welcome new phase. The Gateway is one of Barratt’s best selling South Yorkshire developments and homes have sold briskly since it opened two years ago.

The new Phase Two is offering buyers a fresh opportunity to purchase the sought after, three bed Palmerston and Maidstone house types - as well as the larger, four bed Woodcotes and Alderneys.

There is also a new release of three storey, three bed Kentmeres.

Sales negotiator, Erin Gray said: “The opening of Phase Two has been eagerly awaited by house hunters. The Palmerstons, priced from just £163,995 and the Maidstones, from just £191,495, will be a huge attraction here.

“These are very popular with buyers looking to make the next step up the property ladder. They are roomy, easy to maintain and heat and are excellent value for money.

“The Woodcotes, priced from only £230,995 are superb family homes with plenty of space and an elegant exterior. The Alderney, priced at just £258,995 is another of Barratt’s masterful modern designs – built with growing families in mind.

“The Kentmere is fantastic value at just £196,995 – offering all the smart, modern appearance of a fashionable three storey house – with generous amounts of room.”

Barratt Sheffield’s sales director, Steve Price said: “The launch of Phase Two will be welcomed by buyers everywhere. This is an excellent time to buy at pre-construction prices. The Gateway is ideally located in an up and coming part of Sheffield, with great local facilities on the doorstep and first class transport links.”
