Redrow makes it easier to move

Redrow’s Danum St Giles development is already proving popular with home hunters from the Doncaster area but now the award-winning house builder is making it even easier to make that move.

Prospective buyers at the development in Scawthorpe can take advantage of the part-exchange programme and hugely successful Mastermove scheme, which has helped thousands of home buyers all over the UK to move smoothly and swiftly.

It allows customers to ‘hold’ their dream Redrow home for up to four weeks, while Redrow pursues a targeted action plan – and all for a minimal fee of £50. Once their house has been sold, Redrow will then pay all of the estate agent’s fees, and refund the £50 Mastermove fee.

With the part-exchange programme Redrow will buy a customer’s existing property, subject to criteria, taking the problem of finding a buyer out of their hands completely.

The one-bedroom Aire apartment, priced from £115,995 would make the perfect first buy for those who want to get on the ladder and comes with a parking space included.

Fledging families might be interested in the extensive range of three-bedroom homes, priced from £153,995, which include striking townhouses and properties which come complete with a ready-made loft conversion, housing a master bedroom and ensuite, creating a sumptuous, private suite.
