Redrow makes it easier to move

Prospective buyers at the development in Scawthorpe can take advantage of the part-exchange programme and hugely successful Mastermove scheme, which has helped thousands of home buyers all over the UK to move smoothly and swiftly.
It allows customers to ‘hold’ their dream Redrow home for up to four weeks, while Redrow pursues a targeted action plan – and all for a minimal fee of £50. Once their house has been sold, Redrow will then pay all of the estate agent’s fees, and refund the £50 Mastermove fee.
With the part-exchange programme Redrow will buy a customer’s existing property, subject to criteria, taking the problem of finding a buyer out of their hands completely.
As part of the Mastermove and part-exchange schemes Redrow can even cover the cost of a Home Improvement Pack (HIP) for customers whose related sale requires one.
HIPs are already compulsory for properties with three or more bedrooms and all vendors must commission one when selling their home.
They must contain copies of title deeds, any recent planning permission or building consent given on the property, a local area search and an energy performance certificate (EPC).
Sales director for Redrow Yorkshire, Sue Lambert, said: “It’s all about helping our customers as much as possible and doing what we can to facilitate their move into a brand new Redrow home.
“By using Mastermove, buyers can pass some of the work involved in marketing the property over to us.
“We will appoint a handpicked local estate agent to manage your house sale and, after a free valuation, will agree a price at which to market your property. We want the best for our customers which is why we only choose effective agents to work on your behalf.”
