Get knocked for six at St Wilfrid’s

26th October 2007 Print
Get knocked for six at St Wilfrid’s Persimmon has been besieged with buyers at its St Wilfrid’s development in Cantley, so much so that only a handful of properties now remain for sale. With just six homes now available, Keith Maskill, sales director for Doncaster-based Persimmon Homes South Yorkshire, is preparing for the development to draw to a close much earlier than was anticipated.

He comments: “It’s hard to believe that less than 12 months since the launch of the development, we are already preparing for its closure!

“The secret of St Wilfrid’s success lies in its ideal location - nestling on the edge of Bessacarr, it’s the perfect bolthole for anyone who wants the feeling of living in a sought after area with the conveniences of the local road and motorway network close by.”

To help buyers make the move to St Wilfrid’s, for a strictly limited time, Persimmon is offering a range of enticing deals including Part Exchange and two-year mortgage subsidy, worth £12,000. Plus, if the existing home requires a Home Information Pack (HIP), Persimmon will organise that too. Keith concludes: “Sometimes potential buyers may be put off making the move into a new home because of the trouble involved in selling their existing house.

“This is where our Part Exchange incentive helps, smoothing the way for buyers and making it easier for them to move in their own time.”

St Wilfrid’s, off Goodison Boulevard, comprises just 24 new homes. The development is approximately five miles from junction 4 of the M18, enabling good access to the M1 and A1 motorways. Homes on release are currently priced from £189,995.
