Persimmon's offer you can't refuse Whilst recent reports regarding the credit crunch and mortgage market may have unnerved some potential purchasers, the message from Persimmon Homes is that house hunters can undoubtedly use the current market to their distinct advantage - a theory that is going to be put to the test this weekend!

From 1pm until 4pm this Saturday (21st June) Persimmon's regional managing director, Neil Follows, and regional sales director, Lawrence McGeehan, will go ‘back to the shop floor' to join their team of sales advisers at The Alders in Ranskill - and house hunters are being encouraged to make Neil and Lawrence an offer they simply won't be able to refuse!

No reasonable offer will be refused, confirming Persimmon's view that now really is a good time to buy a brand new home!

Looking forward to the weekend, Lawrence said: "This is a great opportunity for house hunters to speak to us and gain an accurate insight into the current housing market. Deals are available to suit everyone - all would-be-buyers have to do is make us an offer!"

Situated at Station Road, The Alders comprises a mix of traditional three, four, five and six bedroom properties. Nestling between Bawtry and Retford, it's a perfect location for commuters and shoppers alike, ideally situated for the A614, A1, and A631 which enables easy access to Doncaster to the north, Worksop and Nottingham to the south and Gainsborough to the east. In addition, the M18 and M1 are in proximity. Local amenities are plentiful with a good range of facilities found in Bawtry however a wider selection can be found in Retford.
