Renee finds piece of America at Norfolk Park

Renee came over to Sheffield two years ago and bought her first house, a three bedroom, two storey home in the first phase of the Norfolk Park scheme.
Needing more space to allow three step children to all have their own rooms, Renee, husband Nic and their family moved into a four-bedroom, four-storey Coppul house type last month.
Renee explains: "When we decided to move up in size we spent time driving round the city to see what was available. But we couldn't find anything that offered the same value for the size of property, coupled with the fact I like the way this development reminds me of home.
"The layout of the scheme makes it feel like a real neighbourhood, the homes aren't packed in, and it is close to both the city centre and also the motorway which is vital for me as I spend a lot of time on the road for work. The last think I need after a long day is to be stuck in traffic getting home but that is never the case here."
Asked if reports of a slow down in the housing market affected their decision to move Renee responded: "My husband has lived in Sheffield for 20 years and knows the area well. We both know that this part of the city is undergoing a great transformation and will continue to improve and develop over the next decade. It is in too good a position to suffer and we are looking forward to staying here for the next few years."
Two and three bedroom homes are currently for sale with prices ranging from £129,995 to £174,995 and 5% deposit paid is available on selected plots so do visit the site and ask for details.
