£6m project rewards developer’s confidence

A £6m industrial park is securing tenants as it nears completion, thanks to the developer’s confidence in Sheffield’s commercial property market. St Modwen is bringing two phases of back-to-back industrial development, covering 81,600 sq ft, at Holbrook Enterprise Centre to completion following its previous investment success at Shepcote Office Village in Tinsley. Phase one of the project is now complete with the second phase due to complete in October.

The 18 units, located close to junction 31 of the M1 motorway are being marketed by the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, which has reported the sale of two units totalling 10,200 sq ft to Country Fresh Food, and a further three units at 3,000 sq ft each currently under offer.
