T'is the season as Gladedale moves in for Christmas

11th December 2008 Print
T'is the season as Gladedale moves in for Christmas Gladedale South Yorkshire sales executive, Carol Cosgrove will move into the new showhome at Gladedale's Acorn Grange development in Goole this month. Not only will buyers be able to view the showhome before it officially opens in the New Year, if they decide to buy a Gladedale property before Christmas, they will not be required to complete contracts until January 2009 to allow you peaceful run .

This is a great way for early purchasers to take advantage of the current buyer's market. By visiting the showhome they will be able to see what is on offer and get in early to take advantage of the full range of incentives currently available.

The four bedroom, Bradford style showhome provides a great example of family living and potential buyers can get a feel for future family Christmases in their new Gladedale home.

Gladedale South Yorkshire Sales Manager, Gina Holmes said, "We want buyers to be able to relax during the run up to Christmas; however we still want them to benefit from all the great Gladedale incentives available during the remainder of 2008. Offering an extended settling period takes the pressure off to sort out the paperwork and sell their old property in the New Year.

"We want the transition to be as stress free and easy as possible. The Acorn Grange development is an ideal location for young families as well as professionals as there is such a varied range of house types available."

Acorn Grange is a selection of one and two bedroom apartments and, three and four bedroom mews, semi and detached Primo homes situated just a mile from Goole town centre.

A further Gladedale Christmas preview showhome opening, will take place at the Lofthouse Park development, in Wakefield with special incentives available on selected plots until the year end.
