Antler Homes aims to take stress out of selling With the average property in England taking over three months to sell, Antler Homes’ offer to sell any existing property within seven days is sure to appeal to those looking to buy a new home.

Antler’s scheme takes the stress out of selling an existing property – a process which, according to property website Rightmove, took an average of 93 days ‘on the market’ to sell last month (February 2009) – and is a scheme available at Barncliffe in Sheffield.

With Part Exchange, Antler Homes will obtain three independent valuations on an existing property and will make an offer on it within seven days. The process means no chain, no estate agent fees, no HIP to worry about and, most importantly, no hassle!

Nicola Dean, Sales Director for Antler Homes, says: “People are struggling to sell their homes at the moment, and reports of broken chains and collapsing sales are rife. Our Part Exchange scheme eliminates all of these problems, and makes the moving process much simpler. Within seven days of making an enquiry, we will have made an offer to purchase an existing property, subject to terms and conditions.”

The scheme is available on selected plots at Antler Homes’ developments in Yorkshire, all prime locations, which include Barncliffe in Sheffield – a development which offers just five four and five bedroom homes on the edge of the Peak District.

Antler Homes has been building ‘limited edition’ homes in a wide range of locations throughout the country for more than 30 years, and is committed to finish build on all sites across the Yorkshire region. Combining superior specifications with skilful designs, the homes boast the very highest specification. This, together with Antler’s superb build quality, ensures that every Antler home is unique and in harmony with its surroundings.
