A sneak peak at Barncliffe, Sheffield

A sneak peak at Barncliffe, Sheffield A hard hat and a pair of wellies will be the outfit of choice this weekend at Antler Homes’ Barncliffe development. For the first time, visitors will be able to take a sneak peak around two new homes, whilst they’re still under construction. “The Hard Hat and Wellies weekend will give visitors the chance to have a look around what could potentially be their new home,” commented Nicola Dean, Sales and Marketing Director for Antler Homes.

“Seeing a plot before it’s complete really helps potential purchasers to envisage living in their new home - and where all their furniture will go.”

Ideal for those who want to put their own stamp on their new home, purchasers will have the opportunity to add their own personal touches to plots 4 and 5. For example, purchasers may choose a different style of kitchen.

An intimate collection of only five, four and five bedroom family homes, Barncliffe is an exclusive gated community in a highly sought-after location.

Situated on the leafy Redmires Road, opposite the prestigious Hallamshire Golf Course, Barncliffe commands stunning views across both city and country. All homes are spacious and roomy, with living space split over three levels. Finished to the highest standard, purchasers of an Antler home can expect only the best.

To make it even easier to move to an Antler home, selected plots at the Barncliffe development are also available with Part Exchange.

With the average home taking over three months to sell, Antler Homes can make purchasers an offer and take them through to exchange in only seven days (subject to conditions). The process means no chain, no estate agent fees, no HIP to worry about and, most importantly, no hassle!

Sales executives will be on hand throughout the Hard Hat and Wellies weekend, on 13th and 14th June, to answer any questions about bespoking plots 4 and 5 and to talk through Antler Homes’ Part Exchange offering.
