Aer Arann announces flights to Brest from Cork
Aer Arann has today announced a new route from Cork to Brest. The Cork to Brest service will operate every Wednesday and Saturdays effective from 17th May 2007.Flights will depart Cork on the Wednesday on RE 735 at 10am, arriving into Brest at 12.40. RE 736 will depart Brest on Wednesdays at 13.15 arriving in Cork at 14.00. Flights will depart Cork on the Saturday on RE 731 at 8.30am, arriving into Brest at 11.10. RE 732 will depart Brest on Saturdays at 11.45 arriving in Cork at 12.30pm. All services will be operated by an ATR 72 aircraft until September 2008.
Commenting on the announcement, Colin Lewis, Head of Sales and Marketing, Aer Arann said; “We are delighted to be increasing our network of French routes for 2008. Brest is the ideal destination for Cork customer wishing to spend a long weekend exploring the city, or perhaps tour through the dramatic Brittany landscape nearby. This is our third route to France from Cork, and fares on the route start from €69".
