Aer Arann launch new VIP programme

Aer Arann today launched a new VIP programme, called Silver Club. This new programme is designed to recognise Aer Arann’s loyal customers and make their travel simpler and easier. Aer Arann Silver Club will be invitation only, and strictly for Aer Arann frequent flyers, who will get even more benefits for flying.

Right now, Aer Arann is the only airline offering customers:

- No baggage charges
- No Check-in Fees
- The lowest check-in time in Ireland: 30 minutes
- Zero change fees on Dublin-Cork route – all tickets can be changed for free on the day
- Allocated seating – no scrums to get your seat
- Complimentary Tea/Coffee and a news paper onboard every flight

Aer Arann Silver Club members will now receive in addition:

- Business lounge Access in Dublin and Cork Airport, where customers can relax or catch up on work before flights
- Recognition at check-in to ensure Silver Club members has the best seats on the aircraft
- Zero change fees on all routes
- Extra checked-in baggage allowance to 25kgs
- A designated Aer Arann Silver Club telephone number
- A unique booking section on aerarann.com, where Silver Club members will have the ability to book, track, report on, manage and change Aer Arann bookings.
