Aer Arann announces flights to La Rochelle from Cork
Aer Arann today announced a new route from Cork to La Rochelle, adding to its existing three French routes out of Cork. Aer Arann now flies to five destinations in France from Cork, Kerry, Galway and Waterford.The Cork to La Rochelle service will operate every Saturday effective from May 24th to September 13th. 2008. Flights will depart Cork on RE 707 at 13:00, arriving in at 16:05. RE707 will depart La Rochelle at 16:45 and arrive in Cork at 17:50. All services will be operated by an ATR 72 aircraft until September 2008.
Commenting on the announcement, Colin Lewis, Head of Sales and Marketing, Aer Arann said: “We are delighted to be increasing our network of French routes for 2008. This is Aer Arann’s third route to France from Cork, along with Lorient and Nantes. Fares on the route start from €69".
