More flights to Leeds with Air Southwest

Mike Coombes, Deputy Chief Executive of Air Southwest said: “We have found there is increasing demand for flights to Leeds Bradford from Plymouth, and these additional services will give added flexibility for business and leisure travellers alike. At a time when more people are looking to spend their holidays in the UK, improved air links to the South West are playing an important part in increasing the region’s attractiveness as a short break and holiday destination.”
Leeds is one of Britain’s fastest growing cities, rich in heritage and culture and with a renowned reputation for good shopping. In recent years, Leeds has seen wide scale regeneration of its historic canal side districts, and a growth in the number of high-quality businesses based in the city.
This year Air Southwest launched a raft of new routes from Plymouth City Airport. Four new destinations including Newcastle, Glasgow, Cork and Dublin were added at the end of April. In December, the first flights to French skiing destination Grenoble will take off from Plymouth.
Air Southwest also has four flights a day, seven days a week from Plymouth to London Gatwick and has regular flights to Manchester, Jersey and Bristol.
All flights to Leeds can be booked on-line now at Airsouthwest.com starting from £39 one way including taxes and charges.
