Austrian – First Class for Business Class

For the second successive year Austrian long-haul Business Class catering has been voted into first place in the international Skytrax Awards. The annual Skytrax survey among more than 15 million air passengers from 95 countries has again voted Austrians long-haul, Business Class catering service into first place. This represents real achievement as it confirms that the standards recognised in the 2007 survey have yet to be matched by other carriers.

Additionally Austrian also took third place in long-haul, Economy catering proving that our high standards are available to all passengers, throughout the cabin.

To complete the picture Austrians cabin staff were voted into first place in the Cabin Staff Europe category, underlining the success of the company’s “we care” philosophy. This position was recently reinforced when Austrian achieved equal third place in a ‘Which?’ survey in the category Best Short-Haul Airlines with a satisfaction score of 72%.
