Flight Centre launches Perfect Holiday Pledge

Flight Centre today announced the nationwide launch of its ‘Perfect Holiday Pledge’ to offer its customers the assurance of a holiday experience that meets or beats expectations. The travel retailer is so confident that its employees offer the best customer service in the industry it will give customers £100 towards their next Flight Centre booking if they are not 100 per cent satisfied with their holiday.

With its Perfect Holiday Pledge, Flight Centre will offer to compensate customers if they experience an unwanted deviation from their itinerary. For example, customers are entitled to the compensation if the accommodation booked was undergoing renovations and the customer was not informed in advance, or if a tour was cancelled without prior notification.

In the event of an airline failure Flight Centre will re-book customers on alternative flights or will offer a full refund. Flight Centre will also repatriate customers who are stranded abroad.
