Turkey’s premier low cost airline, Pegasus Airlines, has announced new prices for 2009. Flying 5 times weekly to Istanbul and onward to 13 connection points across Turkey as well as North Cyprus, Pegasus Prices start from £39.99 one-way, including taxes and charges.Pegasus Airlines is launching new prices today on its London (Stansted) – Istanbul (Sabiha Gökçen) / North Cyprus (Ercan), with five flights weekly from just £39.99 one-way, including taxes and charges. Flights depart London Stansted daily at 12.45, arriving in Istanbul at 18.20. The return leg departs from Istanbul at 10.20, arriving at London Stansted at 12.05 (local times apply).
To publicise the new prices, Pegasus Airlines is launching a new Europe-wide print and online advertising campaign in January, highlighting the new low-cost Pegasus Prices, which offer hot prices to this year’s hottest destination, Turkey, where holidaymakers can enjoy their escape from the euro zone.
In other news, Pegasus Airlines is scaling up its service on the UK route in 2009, with the airline set to launch daily flights from London to Istanbul/North Cyprus in April and a direct service to Bodrum on 4 May (prices starting at £85.99 one-way inc. taxes and charges).
