12th May 2009 Print
Air Europa is celebrating the success of its newly-launched London Gatwick to Madrid route. The soft launch took place on 28 March 2009 and passenger numbers have exceeded expectation.

There are two flights to Madrid a day, departing at 10:25 and 17:40. Air Europa is priced competitively, with fares starting at just £28 one way. Unlike other airlines offering the route, there are no hidden extras or baggage charges.

Service standards and a professional, friendly approach make Air Europa a leader in its field. The fleet of aircraft is one of the youngest in the industry, offering passengers a comfortable journey in a contemporary environment.

Air Europa is proud to offer a well trained team who are available to speak with customers during office hours about bookings and any enquiries. Bookings can also be made online at aireuropa.com.

The meal service in Economy is a ‘buy on board’ service. Business Class passengers receive newspapers, welcome drinks, refresher towels and a complimentary meal and drink service. The aircraft used for the London Gatwick to Madrid route is the high capacity version of the Embraer 195.

Short connection times at Madrid have open the way for easy onward travel with Air Europa to a host of destinations in South America including Havana (Cuba), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Caracas (Venezuela), Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) and Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic).

Air Europa is Spain’s second largest airline and operates out of Madrid to 35 destinations in 14 countries. Since 1986, Air Europa has offered passengers a modern fleet and welcoming service.
