More Zoom to Europe

20th August 2008 Print

Zoom Airlines has announced its Summer 2009 program is now for sale with a flight schedule featuring enhanced frequency to Rome, London and Paris from Canada.

Due to the success of its inaugural season, Zoom has increased its capacity to Rome by 50 per cent from Toronto and Montréal next summer. Beginning May, 2009, direct and non-stop flights to Rome will be offered three times weekly from Toronto and twice weekly from Montréal.

The ever-popular Toronto to London and Montréal to Paris routes will also be increased 20 per cent and 10 per cent respectively for departures beginning in the Spring 2009. Zoom customers will be able to fly to London from Toronto five times per week and from Montréal to Paris four times weekly.

“We are excited about the response from Canadians to Zoom Airlines and what we have to offer,” said Kris Dolinki, Chief Executive Officer, Zoom Airlines. “Our increase in frequency to three major European centres is a reflection of what our customers are looking for: great service to top destinations at a reasonable rate.”

With these additions to its 2009 summer schedule, Zoom Airlines will operate 50 weekly departures to various European destinations. Now in its sixth year of operation, Zoom has steadily increased its capacity and market share of trans Atlantic business from Canada.
