New debut homes are in the frame

Redrow is at the forefront of change in the house building industry, and is exhibiting its innovative designs at St David’s Park in Hawarden, Flintshire.
The Debut range of first time buyer properties, which went on sale for under £60k at the North West Wales venture, has been a huge success partly thanks to the modern methods of construction implemented by Redrow.

All of the 95 homes on release were sold during the launch weekend and now the first time buyers who snapped one up can look forward to moving into an innovative new home.

The award winning house builder has teamed up with steel giant Corus to deliver innovative steel frames for the building of Debut at St David’s Park, instead of the standard brick and block materials more traditionally used in construction.

The steel frames are being installed and Redrow hopes to have the first customers moved in by mid-September.

Debut is Redrow’s answer to the affordability crisis facing first time buyers. Using advanced techniques to reduce build costs, getting a foot on the property ladder is becoming easier.
