Persimmon event coming to Buckley

25th September 2007 Print
If you’re in the market for a new family home, the 6th and 7th October should be definite dates in your diary as Persimmon Homes is hosting a promotional weekend at The Common in Buckley.

Taking place between 10.30am to 5.30pm, the promotional weekend will enable homebuyers to glean advice from Persimmon representatives regarding its enticing range of deals along with independent financial advisors on the entire home moving process, all geared at making the buying process quicker and easier especially when it comes to selling an existing property.

Lynne Vogel, field sales manager for Persimmon’s Mercia region, comments: “Buying a new property is probably the largest and most important purchase most people will ever make. This weekend is designed to provide potential purchasers with as much information and advice as they need to buy a new home.

“House hunters will be able to meet our sales advisers who can devise tailor-made packages designed just for them using the incentives on offer such as our highly successful Part Exchange deal, will enable individuals to purchase their dream home quicker than they imagine.”

Anyone who’s ever bought or sold a house knows how stressful it can be - not only do you have to find your dream home, but at the same time you have to contend with selling your existing property – and sell at a price that will enable you to move to your next one - and rarely does the timing and financing coincide. However, with Persimmon’s Part Exchange incentive, buyers save both time and money – and as there are no worrying chains or pricey agents’ fees, the whole process can be completed in as little as six weeks.

If you’re part of a growing family and need a larger house to accommodate your demanding lifestyle, consider a move to The Common. Set in a rural location yet easily accessible to the town, the development is adjacent to a nature reserve with two ponds and views of the Moel Famau mountain.

Buckley is a quaint town with a thriving local community. It has a wide range of everyday requirements with a high street with a selection of shops but for the more serious shoppers, the historic city of Chester is only a few miles away, where all the major retail outlets nightlife and leisure activities can be found.

In contrast however, the development is ideal for commuters as it’s within proximity of the A55, A494 and M56, enabling easy access to the commercial centres of Liverpool and Manchester. Homes on release at The Common currently range in price from £284,995.
