Local school names new Ammanford development

Tayla Wheeler, aged 11, won the naming competition with her chosen name ‘Pen y Bryn’ which means ‘Head of the Hill’. Tayla won £25 WHSmith vouchers and the school was presented with a £250 cheque by Sales Executive Andrea Gardener.
Katherine Faull, Charles Church Wales Sales Director comments: “This competition has provided a great opportunity for Charles Church to involve the school in a new scheme. It’s also a great way for us to interact with the community in which we are building and allows the children to show off their creativity. We’ve been thoroughly impressed by all the entries.”
‘Pen y Bryn’ is a select development of two, three, four and five bedroom homes located in the lively and thriving community of Ammanford and surrounded by breathtaking and timeless landscapes in South Wales. Each home will benefit from high levels of specification, with kitchens featuring a range of units and a selection of appliances, including oven, hob and extractor hood. Each bathroom and en-suite where applicable, will boast crisp white sanitaryware with complimentary wall tiles from a selected range.
