See the potential: Charles Church in Llanelli

Planning permission for a 100,000 sq ft retail and commercial development boasting top department stores and retail shops has been granted, and work on this is due to start early next year and should be complete by 2011. A new transport interchange for buses and taxis will also be integrated into this.
Elsewhere in the town Bridge Street – a conservation area – is being regenerated. The Grade I listed Llanelly House will be pedestrianised and its surroundings will be improved. £6 million of property improvement is also being put into improving the frontage of shops and businesses in the town centre.
Pen-Y-Dre, just off Bryntrion Hospital in Swansea Road, is in its final phase and is offering purchasers a selection of one and two bedroom apartments. As with all Charles Church homes, all remaining apartments feature a well designed fitted kitchen which combines style with practicality and offers a range of units and appliances including a built-in oven, hob and extractor hood. Bathrooms are also fitted with crisp white sanitaryware and complementary wall tiles.
The apartments are ideally placed for Llanelli town centre, which is an up and coming area that offers everything a purchaser might look for. The town is also well known for its sporting facilities; not only is it home to the Llanelli Scarlets, it also hosts the annual Welsh International Bowls tournament and The Pembrey Circuity is well known to be the home of Welsh Motorsort.
Llanelli is ideally placed, just 13 miles from Swansea and 12 miles from Carmarthen. So, if you want a slice of the pie and want to buy a home at Pen-Y-Dre before house prices in the area rise – which they will inevitably do when the regeneration is complete – then visit the sales office which is open daily from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
