Something for all tastes in Wrexham From apartments and starter homes to detached family houses Redrow Homes’ Wrexham developments have something to suit all tastes. And just when you thought things couldn’t get any better a range of fantastic autumn and winter deals are on offer on selected plots at Pentre Bach and Ty Newydd.

Patsy Aicken, sales director for Redrow Homes (North West) said: “Redrow understands that moving house can put a strain on the finances and takes some planning so we are doing our bit to make life easier for homehunters by offering these amazing deals.

“Prospective buyers can take advantage of up to £500 per calendar month towards their mortgage for two years, or five per cent deposit paid or substantial cash discounts, on selected plots. Extras such as carpets, curtains and turf to the front and rear gardens are also included with some properties.

“So if you are thinking of starting the New Year in a brand new home why not pop down to Pentre Bach or Ty Newydd and see what Redrow can do for you.”

Ty Newydd is a development of one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses situated on Mold Road, approximately two miles from Wrexham town centre.

A range of apartment styles are available, priced from £134,950, some with single garages. All feature a kitchen/dining area, lounge and main bathroom and the Argal has an en-suite.

Available houses include the Lambourne, priced from £184,950, which is available as a terraced or semi-detached design. The living space is arranged over three floors with the master bedroom and en-suite shower room set in the roof area, creating a sumptuous master suite.

The Ivel, also available as a terraced or semi-detached house, is priced from £189,950, featuring an open plan living/dining area, downstairs cloak room and en-suite shower room.

All properties are available with either a single garage, double garage or single parking space.

Prospective buyers can take a look around the Ivel and Lambourne show homes at Ty Newydd and a two-bedroom Argal apartment is now available to view.

Meanwhile, Ruthin Road on the outskirts of Wrexham is the venue for Pentre Bach, which comprises a different selection of two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses from Redrow’s portfolio.

Two-bedroom Avon apartments with a single parking space are available from £137,950, while the two-bedroom semi-detached Eden house is priced from £159,000. It features a spacious lounge, kitchen/breakfast area, downstairs cloak room and en-suite shower room.

There are 13 different styles of three-bedroom homes available from terraced to detached, with prices starting at £169,950.

The Ennerdale, available from £169,950, is a semi-detached house with a spacious lounge, kitchen/dining room, downstairs cloakroom and understairs storage.

The Malham, with prices starting at £190,000, is a striking three-storey townhouse with an integral garage. The ground floor features a downstairs cloakroom and an open plan kitchen/dining area and family space, while in a twist on the traditional family home, the lounge is on the first floor, with one bedroom and the main bathroom. Moving upstairs to the first floor there are two bedrooms and an en-suite shower room.

The wide range of four-bedroom homes includes the traditional Tamar, the Ribble, which comes with a ‘ready-made loft conversion’ and the striking three-storey Neale townhouse from £189,950.

Kennet, Hayward and Ribble show homes are available for prospective buyers to sample a taste of life at Pentre Bach.

Patsy says: “These developments, set in semi-rural locations really do offer the perfect combination, convenient for the hustle and bustle of Wrexham town centre yet with the quiet of the countryside on their doorsteps.”

Both developments offer easy access to the A483 and A55, connecting to the motorway network, and offering easy access to Chester and Oswestry, making them the ideal locations for commuters.
