Take the hassle out of house hunting in Wrexham

Redrow’s Wrexham developments are already proving popular with homehunters but now the award-winning housebuilder is making it even easier to make that move.

Prospective buyers at Pentre Bach and Ty Newydd can take advantage of the hugely successful Mastermove scheme, which has helped thousands of home buyers all over the UK to move smoothly and swiftly.

It allows customers with an existing property to sell to ‘hold’ their dream Redrow home for up to four weeks, while Redrow pursues a targeted action plan on their behalf – and all for a minimal fee of £50. Once the customer’s existing house has been sold and they’ve purchased their new home, Redrow will pay all of the estate agent’s fees and refund the £50 Mastermove fee.

As part of the Mastermove scheme Redrow can even cover the cost of a Home Improvement Pack (HIP) for customers whose related sale requires one.

HIPs are compulsory for properties with three or more bedrooms and all vendors must commission one when selling their home. They must contain copies of title deeds, any recent planning permission or building consent given on the property, a local area search and an energy performance certificate (EPC).
