Mayor of Wrexham launches Zest show apartment The Mayor of Wrexham has launched a Wrexham Community Bursary, funded by Gladedale, at a grand opening of the show apartment at the housebuilder’s Zest development on Watery Road.

Gladedale has committed to £1,500 to the Bursary which will be distributed to worthy causes throughout Wrexham and the Mayor’s dedicated charities, Nightingale House, Riding for the Disabled and Chariots are the first to receive a welcome boost of £250.

Julie Davies of Gladedale said:

“We are delighted to welcome the Mayor along to officially open the doors to our Zest show apartment and that the first donation from our new Community Bursary is going to such worthy causes.

“We created the Community Bursary to help local charities and organisations continue with the excellent work that they do. We have committed £1,500 to the Bursary and look forward to hearing from local groups about how Gladedale could help them. That might be, for example, £100 for a piece of equipment at a local school or £150 for a special lunch at a retirement home.”

Comprising of a stylish mix of 34 one, two and three bedroom apartments laid out across five levels, Zest is a development designed to suit a variety of lifestyles.

Just a few minutes walk from the busy town centre, Zest boasts a fantastic location, with every amenity you could ever want on the doorstep. However, the beautiful, tranquil countryside and the Welsh mountains is just a short drive away, allowing you some breathing space from city life.

If your organisation would like help from Gladedale, please write to: Michaela Lancaster, Sales and Marketing Director, Gladedale North West, Priory Court, Wellfield, Preston Brook, Cheshire WA7 3FT.

Prices start at £144,950. For more information on Zest, visit the sales office which is open seven days between 10.30am and 5pm, or log on to Gladedale.com.
