Redrow gives the star treatment to first time buyers

Homehunters will be treated like stars as they learn more about buying a new home at Redrow's Pentre Bach and Ty Newydd developments on Saturday 19 April.
Visitors will sweep down the red carpets laid out at the venues and will be able to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, served by a butler (tbc).
And not forgetting the serious business of searching for a new home, independent experts will be on hand to offer guidance, while there will also be the opportunity to learn more about Redrow's ‘re:assure' scheme, which offers a range of incentive packages tailor-made to suit the individual.
Barbara Wright, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (North West) says: "It can be hard for first time buyers at the moment and we think they deserve some special treatment. We'll make them feel like VIPs for the day, as well as putting them at ease about the buying process.
"The red carpet will be rolled out to a selection of properties that are ready to move into and we'll have experts on hand, including financial advisers and solicitors, who will be able to provide impartial advice. Our own sales staff will also be able to tell them about the help Redrow can offer and there will also be the opportunity to have a look around the stunning show homes at both Pentre Bach and Ty Newydd so people can really get a feel for life at the developments."
Redrow has homes available to move into in time for summer at both developments, including two-bedroom ‘Allen' apartments from £137,950 and the three-bedroom ‘Ivel' semi from £174,950 at Ty Newydd, off Mold Road.
At Pentre Back, off Ruthin Road, there are also two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom homes, plus the larger four-bedroom ‘Ribble' and ‘Neale' designs, from £199,950 and £225,000 respectively. Both offer spacious accommodation arranged over three floors - great for families or friends sharing to get onto the property ladder.
‘Re:assure from Redrow' offers a range of incentives which are all designed to make home ownership easier to achieve.
For example for those worrying about finding the money to pay the mortgage every month Redrow may be able to provide a substantial subsidy for the first year or two; while those struggling to raise a 5% deposit, stamp duty or legal fees up-front, may have one or more of these paid for them instead.
Both Ty Newydd and Pentre Bach are conveniently located for Wrexham town centre, home to a range of shops, bars and restaurants, yet are within easy reach of the beautiful North Wales countryside. They are also ideally placed for the A483 and A55, connecting to the motorway network, ideal for commuting to Chester, Oswestry and beyond.
To find out more, join Redrow on the red carpet at Ty Newydd and Pentre Bach between 11am and 5pm on Saturday 19 April.
