Room to manouevre at flexible Mountain View

Room to manouevre at flexible Mountain View George Wimpey North West is stressing the flexibility of the homes being offered at its Mountain View development in Wrexham following a report that reveals how important extra space and extra rooms are to homeowners.

500 homeowners were asked which items they could not live without if they had to sacrifice one thing from their dream home. Good storage space and a separate dining room were the most important things according to those surveyed in Wales.

"These survey findings confirm what we've found talking to our customers at Mountain View," comments George Wimpey North West sales and marketing director Marie Wilkinson. "Buyers who choose homes with four or five bedrooms want the extra space, but do not necessarily want to use them all as bedrooms."

Located on the Brymbo and Tanyfron Link Road in Wrexham, Mountain View is made up of a variety of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, ranging from apartments, to mews, semi-detached, townhouse and detached homes.

Mountain View benefits from being a short distance from both Wrexham and Chester city centres, so buyers are never too far away from a local amenities and entertainment but still enjoy a picturesque setting at home.

The large space available in each of the three story townhouses and the four and five bedroom properties at Mountain View makes them attractive to families looking for flexibility in a home.

The four bedroom detached Buckingham home is a good example. As well as its four bedrooms, two with ensuite, it offers a living room, separate dining room, kitchen/breakfast room, private garden and integral single garage. Prices for a Buckingham start at £244,995.

The five bedroom Wordsworth home is another perfect of example of having extra space. The home has a lounge, kitchen/dining room and cloakroom on the ground floor, and four bedrooms, two with access to a Jack and Jill en-suite, and a family bathroom on the first floor. However, with another bedroom, with en-suite, dressing area and fitting wardrobes, on the second floor, one of the first floor bedrooms could easily be turned into a study, playroom or family room. Prices for a Wordsworth start at £309,995.

Marie Wilkinson continues: "The development offers excellent value for money in terms of space and number of rooms as well as location. This makes Mountain View not only appeal to larger families but also to those looking to introduce a home office, a self contained playroom or even a second living area to their home."
