Gladedale offers homebuyers free financial advice at Zest

Homeseekers are being offered free financial advice at a special open weekend on 12th and 13th July at Gladedale (North West) Ltd's Zest development on Watery Road in Wrexham. Gladedale has arranged for an Independent Financial Adviser to be on hand to help people who want to buy a new home and help them make the best decision to suit their requirements.

The developer's aim is to help those finding it difficult to buy a new home, or who may have been looking for a new property but have given up after increased pressure from the current credit crunch.
