Wrexham development gets thumbs up for new phase George Wimpey Manchester is launching a new phase at its successful Mountain View development of new homes on Brymbo and Tanyfron Link Road.

The housebuilder has secured planning approval to build 120 new properties at Mountain View. A range of housetypes will be available including two, three and four bedroom homes. Prices in the new phase start at £139,995.

The four bedroom Canterbury and the three bedroom Shannon are two of the properties that will be available and showhomes for both housetypes will be launched during Autumn, along with a new sales information centre for the development.

The Canterbury is a detached family home with integral garage. It boasts a spacious lounge, separate dining room and asuperb kitchen with adjoining breakfast area. Both the lounge and the kitchen have a walk-in bay window and French doors that lead to a private rear garden.

Upstairs the Canterbury features four bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms to two of them. The sumptuous master bedroom suite also includes fitted wardrobes and a walk-through dressing area.

Prices for the Canterbury housetype start at £209,995.

The Shannon is a beautiful mews home that features a fabulous kitchen, spacious lounge with French doors to private rear garden, a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom and three bedrooms. Fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room are included in the master bedroom suite. All Shannon homes come complete with three allocated parking spaces and are priced from £149,995.

George Wimpey Manchester sales and marketing director Anthony Mansfield said: “Mountain View has been one of our most popular developments so we’re delighted to have received the go ahead for a new phase.

“We’re now looking forward to launching our new showhomes, which will be open for viewing later this year.”

Mountain View is just a short drive from the A483, which leads to the M53 and the M56 and M6. Wrexham train station is closeby, providing good rail links to most major cities.

The development benefits from being a short distance from both Wrexham town centre and Chester city centre, so homeowners are never too far away from local amenities and entertainment, but can still enjoy a picturesque setting at home.
