Justin Starkey, 32, and Eleanor Belcher, 29, reserved their dream three bedroom house last October when buyers could purchase their home off plan.

“It was exciting buying off plan as we could see our home go from plans to reality,” said Justin.

“Buying off plan with a major national developer like Barratt offers great reassurance because you buy with confidence that your property will be completed on time to a high standard,” explained Barratt Homes Sales Director Sandra Dixon.

Eleanor and Justin were attracted to the development of three and four bedroom homes at the end of 2006 as they liked the area and with a new born baby they were looking to expand.

“We were upgrading from our first home and the Awel Las development had a lovely feel to it with everything we wanted,” explained Eleanor.

“Barratt’s service was second to none and having them on site should we need anything is excellent.”

Having now moved into their detached three bedroom property with nine month old Jack, Justin and Eleanor are looking forward to their new life in a new home.
