Third time lucky at Maes y Ffynnon

It was a case of "third time lucky" for first-time buyers Rachael Lewis (23) and Damien Withey (25) when they decided to buy a new home at Barratt's Maes Y Ffynnon development in the village of Abercynon.

"We had a really stressful time, with two house sales falling through, before we approached Barratt," said Rachael, a primary school teacher.
