Getting buyers moving at Llewellyn’s View

Bryant Homes is taking the stress out of buying a new home, at its Llewellyn’s View development in Gilfach Goch, thanks to its Market Mover* initiative.

A simple scheme to help get homeowners moving, Market Mover enables purchasers to reserve a home at the development, even if they still have a house to sell. Bryant Homes will then market their existing property, organising everything from valuations and instructing estate agents, while also covering the cost of agents’ fees.

Mr Malcolm Watts, 62, purchased a four bedroom Fernlea style house at Llewellyn’s View using the scheme and said: “My wife and I visited Llewellyn’s View and fell in love with the Fernlea. However, we still had our current home in Newport to sell. Without the scheme, our move may not have happened and it certainly wouldn’t have been completed as quickly.
