Getting buyers moving at Llewellyn’s View

3rd August 2009 Print
Getting buyers moving at Llewellyn’s View Bryant Homes is taking the stress out of buying a new home, at its Llewellyn’s View development in Gilfach Goch, thanks to its Market Mover* initiative.

A simple scheme to help get homeowners moving, Market Mover enables purchasers to reserve a home at the development, even if they still have a house to sell. Bryant Homes will then market their existing property, organising everything from valuations and instructing estate agents, while also covering the cost of agents’ fees.

Julie Wilson, Bryant Homes’ sales executive at the development, comments: “With Market Mover, anybody who visits Llewellyn’s View and falls in love with one of our homes can reserve the property on the spot and let us deal with selling their existing house. We will then keep purchasers up to date on the progress of their sale every step of the way.”

Unlike traditional schemes such as Part Exchange, Market Mover can be used by any purchaser whether they are trading up, downsizing or moving from a property of a similar value.

Mr Malcolm Watts, 62, purchased a four bedroom Fernlea style house at Llewellyn’s View using the scheme and said: “My wife and I visited Llewellyn’s View and fell in love with the Fernlea. However, we still had our current home in Newport to sell. Without the scheme, our move may not have happened and it certainly wouldn’t have been completed as quickly.

“Market Mover really alleviated some of the worry about selling as it was so easy and efficient that we were in our new home within eight weeks. We would definitely recommend Market Mover to anyone with an existing property to sell.”

Market Mover is currently being offered on selected properties at Llewellyn’s View, a development of just 61 homes located in the picturesque village of Gilfach Goch. Providing modern living right in the heart of a rural community, the development offers residents stunning views of the Rhondda Valley. As well as being surrounded by the glorious Welsh countryside, Gilfach Goch village has local shops, including a post office, to meet everyday needs whilst the larger towns of Tonyrefail and Pontypridd are nearby.

Transport links are good with the M4 just seven miles away providing easy access to the towns and cities of South Wales. Cardiff is within commutable distance, just 16 miles away.

For further information, visit the marketing suite, open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm, or log on to bryant.co.uk.
