First time buyers in Merthyr Tydfil were served up a Swedish treat when they reserved one of Redrow’s stylish and affordable award-winning ‘Debut’ homes. A steady flow of people passed through the development’s marketing suite during a special open day, which offered advice to first-time buyers looking for a contemporary new-build home.

Redrow’s Debut @ Gelli Dawel is a range of affordable one and two-bedroom homes targeted primarily at first time buyers. They are currently priced from £76,725 for a one-bedroom ‘D2’ design to £104,889 for a two-storey ‘D4’ property with two bedrooms and a bright and spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area.
