Final homes are the lucky seven in Merthyr Just seven family houses remain for sale at Barratt’s popular Brecon View Park development in Merthyr Tydfil. To celebrate the near completion of the scheme totalling 115 new homes, Barratt is hosting a free BBQ event on 26th July, 11am to 3pm at this picturesque development.

For those who purchase one of the last homes, there is a special treat; the chance to win one of seven great prizes.

The prizes include carpets laid throughout your new home, your legal fees paid (worth up to £500), your garden fully turfed or you could have a superb plasma TV.

The last seven homes available at Brecon View Park are two Roseberry houses with two bedrooms and two parking spaces from £124,995; one Palmerston house with three bedrooms and two parking spaces from £134,500; one Maidstone house with three bedrooms and two parking spaces from £143,500; and three Ascot houses with four/five bedrooms and a double garage from £229,995.

Adrian Bird, sales director at Barratt South Wales, says: “Buyers are attracted to the quality, value and great location of Brecon View Park. With only seven homes left to sell we thought we’d offer these great prizes to buyers as an added bonus; they’re the sort of things that really help when you’re moving into a new home.”

Brecon View Park is a highly attractive development of two, three and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses. The historical town of Merthyr Tydfil has much to offer, including a wide variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants and is home to Cyfarthfa Castle. Good transport links ensure stress-free commuting, making this picturesque development ideal for young professionals and families alike.

For further information on the final six remaining homes, please contact the sales and marketing suite at Brecon View Park, Heol Gerrig, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 1TF, open Thursday to Monday from 11am to 6pm.

Barratt is the premier housebuilder in South Wales where it has been building new homes for 30 years. Barratt South Wales works closely with local Housing Associations, in addition to the Welsh Assembly Government, to bring forward opportunities for first-time-buyers and key workers.
