Trade in your old model for a brand new home If the only thing stopping you moving into your dream new home in Ebbw Vale is an existing property you need to sell – Redrow could solve your problem next weekend (12/13 January).

The award-winning housebuilder is offering the option to part-exchange at its Cae Ffwrnais development helping those customers who need to sell up before moving in.

With the part exchange incentive on selected plots, Redrow will buy a customer’s existing property (subject to criteria), taking the problem of finding a buyer out of their hands and paving the way towards that new home.

Debby Pavitt, sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: “This is the ideal option for people who want to move right away, but are being held back by their current house. We can take care of all that for them, leaving them to concentrate on their dream Redrow property at Cae Ffwrnais.

“Our part-exchange event this weekend will give customers the opportunity to talk to independent financial advisors, estate agents and our sales consultants about how this offer could work for them.

“We are also offering buyers free ‘instant’ valuations on their existing properties over the weekend and they can also take a look around this superb development and two stunning show homes.”

The event is taking place between 11am and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday at the Cae Ffwrnais development off Steel Works Road, where there are a range of new homes available including one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with current prices from £102,995 to £184,995.

Customers can take advantage of the part-exchange offer on selected plots, including selected three-storey townhouses.

The three-bedroom Lambourne, from £173,995, offers a spacious and carefully planned layout. Downstairs is home to a lounge/dining room, which boasts French doors onto the rear garden, as well as the fully fitted kitchen and a cloakroom. With a ready-made loft conversion, the additional ‘rooms in the roof’ provide homeowners with even more space to spread out in.

The three-bedroom Malham features a first floor lounge in addition to a spacious open-plan kitchen/dining and living area on the ground floor, plus an ensuite to the master bedroom, all from £176,995.

Cae Ffwrnais in an area which is undergoing massive regeneration and will eventually be home to a new railway station, with direct links to Cardiff, and a new general hospital.

Debby added: “We’re expecting lots of interest as these offers can’t last for long. So people who want to know more about how we can make their move a little easier should come and see us this weekend.”
