Jump on board with a new Redrow home

To celebrate the opening of a brand new railway station locally award-winning housebuilder Redrow is offering anyone who reserves a home at its nearby Cae Ffwrnais development this weekend (March 1 & 2) an annual rail card - which allows the holder to travel for free for journeys to and from Cardiff.
With the weekend also marked by St Davids Day and Mother’s Day, Redrow has also arranged some extra special treats for visitors to Cae Ffrwnais, including tasty Welsh Cakes and bunches of beautiful spring daffodils on Saturday and chocolates for mums on Sunday.
Redrow’s Cae Ffwrnais, off Steelworks Road, is just a stones throw from the new rail line, which provides the first passenger rail link between Ebbw Vale and Cardiff for 46 years. It means the development is ideal for people commuting to Cardiff and other location across South Wales. The area is also undergoing massive regeneration with plans afoot for a new general hospital.
Debby Pavitt, sales manager for Redrow Home (South Wales), said: “The railway opening marks a major milestone in the rejuvenation of Ebbw Vale and has transformed the area into a prime location for people working in Cardiff.
“We wanted to celebrate the occasion by offering our customers a free rail card, meaning they can enjoy free travel for a whole year.”
As well as enjoying the goodies available homehunters can take the opportunity to look around Redrow’s superb new homes venture, view the stylish Lambourne and Neale show homes, and chat with friendly and experienced sales consultants.
They can also find out about Redrow’s great new ‘re:assure’ package that’s designed to make everything as easy as possible for homebuyers from the moment of enquiry until after they’ve moved in. As well as some great incentives to help customers save money or to ease the burden of moving home, there’s even a promise to protect the value of their new home for up to three years provided they reserve by the end of the weekend.*
Debby added: “Spring is a great time of year to buy a new home so buyers can relax in style over the summer. We wanted to mark this extra special weekend by treating our customers and we are making life even easier by offering them a range of homes they can move into straight away.”
At Cae Ffwrnais the available homes include one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, with current prices from £102,995 to £179,995.
Visitors to Cae Ffwrnais can view the stylish show homes daily between 10am and 5.30pm.
