"We're delighted with the service provided by Barratt, which has been first class," he added. "We took advantage of the developer's agency selling service - they sold our old property for us so we had no chain and no estate agents' fees - and the move went really well."

When complete, Abbottsmoor will offer a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes - from apartments and coach houses to terraced, semi-detached and detached houses.
