Homes with sea views are a breath of fresh air

17th August 2007 Print
Colwyn Bay development The next phase of one of the newest and most talked about developments in North Wales has just been released. The homes have been long-awaited by house hunters, looking to buy at the aptly named development Cliff Tops, by Gladedale – formerly Bett Homes.

Two bedroom semi-detached homes, three storey three bedroom mews-style and linked detached homes are now available, many of which are located in a stunning cliff top position. Formerly home to an iconic hotel named The Seventy Degrees, the development is in a prominent location and will be seen by everyone on the hilltop as they reach Colwyn Bay.

The eight properties in this release are situated in Cliff Villas, offering breathtaking coastal views from their terraces. Pauline McManus, Sales Manager for Gladedale, expects the homes to sell out very quickly.

She said: “The interest in these homes has been phenomenal; there is a long list of people who have been waiting for them to be released.

“I think they’ve been so popular because Cliff Tops has homes to suit every lifestyle. It’s perfect for young couples, growing families, those seeking a holiday home or retired couples that want a relaxed atmosphere to watch the world go by.”

The three storey mews homes are priced from £273,950 and two bedroom houses start at £223,950. One and two bedroom apartments are also available from £132,950.

The site sales office is open from 10.30am to 5pm Thursday to Monday. For more information log on to Clifftopscolwynbay.co.uk.
