More choice for house hunters in Ebbw Vale
The choice of property available for purchasers in Ebbw Vale has increased with the release of new Redrow homes at Cae Ffwrnais.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ October Housing Market Survey* found that a shortage of supply seemed to be limiting activity in the housing market.
Luly Brice, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales) said: “Surveyors in Wales noted that confidence in the market was improving but reported a lack of new property coming on to the market with a shortage of traditional semi-detached homes in particular.
“At Redrow we pride ourselves in understanding our customers’ needs and that is why, in response to market demand, we are releasing for sale four beautifully designed new three-bedroom homes.”
Two of the properties are detached and two are semi-detached.
“The spacious layout of these stylish new homes includes an open plan dining room and kitchen – perfect for sharing a family meal or entertaining guests,” Luly commented.
“There’s also the modern day essential en-suite to master bedroom.”
Cae Ffwrnais features homes to suit all buyers’ needs. With a carefully blended selection of properties from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom family homes there’s something for everyone from those making their first step onto the property ladder to those who want to trade up to a bigger home.
“Cae Ffwrnais is situated in a picturesque location, right in the heart of the valleys and offers a perfect mixture of tranquillity and vitality,” Luly said.
“The regeneration of Ebbw Vale, including a new hospital, open university, sports facilities and railway station, means it’s an excellent time to invest in the area as there’s potential for the value of property to increase.”
