Smart move for broadband speed at Springhead Park

A recent survey by Top 10 Broadband* has revealed that broadband speed is a key factor in where Brit’s are now choosing to live, even beating the positioning to a local pub.
At Springhead Park, a new development in Ebbsfleet Valley, joint developers Land Securities and Countryside Properties built in 'Fibre to the Home' technology to all its new properties meaning that whereas today, most households across the UK consider a 16-20mb a second broadband connection the norm, Springhead Park offers up to 100Mb a second into every home.
This is the first time that Fibre to the Home technology has been included on this scale in a new build development and will eventually be available in all homes within Ebbsfleet Valley. Rather than the standard copper system prevalent across the country, whereby broadband speed is dependent on your proximity to the telephone exchange, Fibre to the Home uses fibre-optic cabling which has the ability to send at much higher speeds.

- Connection to Sky satellite services without a satellite dish
- No additional aerials and cables; everything is pre-installed when you move into your new home at Springhead Park.
