With demand said to be outstripping supply for property, house hunters in Wales will be pleased to discover that Redrow has released new four-bedroom homes for sale in Abergavenny.

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ October Housing Market Survey* found that a shortage of supply seemed to be limiting activity in the housing market.

Luly Brice, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), commented: “Surveyors in Wales highlighted a lack of new properties coming on to the market. By releasing new four-bedroom detached ‘Cambridge’ style homes at Croesonnen Court, Redrow is helping to improve the choice of properties available.”

Designed and constructed to a high specification the ‘Cambridge’ style homes at Croesonnen Court are available from £314,995.

The ‘Cambridge’ style home offers 1,330 square feet of living space over two floors and is complete with a garage.

“The open plan kitchen/dining area of the ‘Cambridge’ is the ideal setting for a family meal and is also well suited to those who enjoy dazzling their guests with their culinary expertise,” Luly commented.

Larger properties in the shape of the five-bedroom ‘Rhosgwyn’, which features not one but two en-suite bathrooms, are also available at Croesonnen Court and are priced from £364,995.

Luly said: “Redrow’s collection of four and five-bedroom executive family homes at Croesonnen Court offers the perfect investment opportunity for those looking to move up the property ladder to a larger home close to the vibrant market town of Abergavenny.

“And with part-exchange available on selected plots, buying a new home couldn’t be easier as you don’t even need to find a buyer for your existing property. Under part-exchange Redrow effectively acts as a ‘cash buyer’ so that our customers can concentrate on building a future in their new home. There’s no housing chain and those who are ready to go can move in almost straight away.”

Croesonnen Court is conveniently located for all the amenities of Abergavenny town centre, including its individual shops and regular farmers’ markets. There are also good primary and secondary schools close by, plus an impressive selection of pubs and restaurants.

For commuters, there are good road links to Newport and Cardiff, with the M4 and M50 motorways both easily reached. Abergavenny train station is less than a mile away with direct services to Newport and Cardiff.
