Annette Cole, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, comments: “We are delighted to have been given approval to build these new homes, which are much needed in the local area. Liberty Park has proved to be exceptionally popular with house buyers, even during these turbulent economic times and we are therefore confident that the new properties to be built here will be just as desirable.

“Key to the success of this development is the company’s dedication to building attractive homes to the very highest of standards in the best locations. Architecturally the new properties at Liberty Park complement the local vernacular and the layouts have been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of today’s house buyers.”

A variety of attractive properties are currently available at Liberty Park, ranging from stylish coach houses to two, three and four bedroom family houses. Externally properties blend traditional design elements, such as weatherboarding and hanging tiles, with features including dormer windows and varied roof elevations to create a development that is in-keeping with its surroundings. The houses benefit from private gardens and off-street parking and are situated on pretty tree-lined boulevards, surrounded by landscaped open space.

Liberty Park is located on Hoo Road in Wainscott. The development is well located and offers very good commutability to London and the wider Kent area, with nearby Strood Mainline Station providing efficient services to London Bridge, London Waterloo East and London Charing Cross in just over an hour and good access to the M2 motorway and A2, which are just minutes away.
