Other choices include Braised Fish Broth with Barbeque Pork, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots & Bean Curd – both of them dishes guaranteed to keep the cold out at this chilly time of year.

Tasty main courses created by Loong Toh Yuen Executive Chef Sam Sham include Steamed Fresh Lobster with Egg White & Hua Tiao Chiew or Braised Homemade Bean Curd topped with Abalone &Baby Vegetables in Oyster Sauce.
