Antler Homes go above and beyond

When Antler Homes purchasers Lee and Amanda Wesson looked out of their window on the morning of their moving day in December, they were shocked to discover that eight inches of snow had fallen overnight! With a lot of shovels, grit and a little help from Antler Homes, they managed to reach their new home.
The Wessons, who’ll be living at the development with their two children, Allen, aged ten, and Matthew, aged eight, chose to buy the Show Home at The Crescent, largely due to the development’s location in Kings Hill. “Having lived in West Malling for ten years and with close family members living nearby, we were keen to stay in the area. Kings Hill especially appealed with its extensive array of facilities, such as a supermarket and restaurants, within a ten minute walk. The train station is also easily accessible which is very helpful as I commute to London for work,” said Lee.
The couple were also highly impressed with the superior quality of the homes at The Crescent, a stunning development which comprises a choice of luxury one and two bedroom apartments, four bedroom semi-detached homes and five bedroom townhouses. “We’ve always bought new, but the quality, finish and size of the home we chose exceeded our expectations and was more impressive than anything else on the market,” Lee commented. “The Antler Homes at The Crescent certainly ticked all of the boxes on our wish list!”
On moving day, however, Lee and Amanda were unexpectedly set back by the heavy snow fall. “It was all hands on deck to shovel and grit our road so the removal van could make it up,” Lee explained. “Then we had problems because Beryl, the Sales Executive at The Crescent, was snowed in and couldn’t give us the key! She was brilliant though, and arranged for a Sales Executive from another Antler Homes development to come and let us in. We received a really fantastic service which went above and beyond the norm.”
A brand new community in the making, Kings Hill is a highly desirable location in which to live. The community benefits from extensive sports and leisure facilities including an 18-hole PGA golf course and a David Lloyd leisure centre. There is also a vast choice of shops and a comprehensive range of education facilities. Transport links to and from Kings Hill are excellent, with immediate access to the M20/M26 leading towards the M25 and Greater London, as well as a railway station at nearby West and East Malling.
Apartments at The Crescent are priced from £199,950, whilst houses are priced from £399,950. To find out more please visit the Show Home, open daily from 10am to 5pm, or visit the website at: antlerhomes.co.uk
