Join the Easter Egg Hunt at Birling Grange

West Malling in Kent will become an egg-stra special place for chocolate-lovers next weekend, with a fun Easter egg hunt at Taylor Wimpey’s brand new Birling Grange development.
Visitors are invited to turn into sweet-toothed sleuths and seek out the eggs, which have been concealed around the superb showhome and garden, which have just opened to the public.
Between 11am and 4pm on Saturday 3rd April, dozens of chocolate eggs will be on offer, and it’s a case of finders keepers for those lucky enough to track down a mouth-watering treat.
Better still, among the lip-smacking chocolate prizes are probably the highest value Easter eggs ever made – Golden Eggs which, if found, can be exchanged for one of a range of sensational gifts when reserving a brand new home at the development over the weekend, including free carpets and flooring, free home appliances – or a massive £5,000 off selected plots.
Offering spacious accommodation – and plenty of hiding places for chocolate – the beautifully decorated three-bedroom ‘Gunnersby’ showhome provides an exquisite example of what homebuyers can achieve using a brand new home as a blank canvas.
And customers coming along will have a superb spring collection of homes to choose from, including three-bedroom houses available from only £244,995 under the government-backed First-Time Buyer Initiative, plus a fabulous selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes available to all purchasers, and ranging from just £259,995 to £399,995.
Enjoying a delightful, semi-rural location on the outskirts of West Malling, Birling Grange is being developed on the former Leybourne Grange manor house and hospital and will comprise a combination of houses and apartments, community and leisure facilities – all surrounded by some 140 acres of public open space.
In time, the development will also enjoy a good selection of local amenities, including a community centre, a convenience store, a school and a health centre.
Local facilities already within easy reach include infant and junior schools, shops and pubs, while nearby Aylesford is home to a wider choice of shopping and schools for youngsters of all ages.
For commuters, West Malling railway station is just over a mile from the development and provides regular services to London Victoria. Maidstone is only seven miles away by road, while quick links to the M20 put central London within an hour’s car journey.
The Easter Egg Hunt will be free to enter and takes place on Saturday 3rd April between 11am and 4pm at the new Birling Grange showhome off London Road, West Malling.
The development is also open seven days a week from 10.30am and 5.30pm.
