New homes offer style and character in Buckley

New homes with style and character in equal measure are now available in Buckley.
Redrow recently started redeveloping the old Lane End brickworks, off Church Road, Buckley, where homes from the New Heritage Collection are now on sale.
Elaine Mounsey, sales manager for Redrow Homes (NW), said: “The New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product that combines traditional exteriors with the latest statement-making interiors. It’s received critical acclaim and has been wowing customers across the country since it was launched earlier this year. I’m delighted that it’s now available at Heathlands in Buckley and I’m confident it will prove popular with buyers.”
With a range of properties featuring two, three or four bedrooms, Heathlands will offer something to suit the needs of a variety of buyers from those starting out to growing families in search of extra space.
A selection of three and four-bedroom homes are now available to buy ‘off-plan’, while homes are still under construction and show homes have yet to open.
“By being among the first to buy at this early stage, would-be purchasers will have the chance to reap the benefits of their quick-off-the-mark investment. Not only will they be able to choose their preferred plot, but those who buy before the homes are physically built also have more choice of the individual design touches that really make a home their own,” Elaine explained.
Would-be home owners with an existing property to sell can use Redrow’s ‘Mastermove’ service to help them find a buyer and move into a high specification new home at Heathlands. They’ll save time, money and red tape.
“Some elements of moving home can be stressful, such as off-loading your old property, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Our ‘Mastermove’ service is designed to help our customers step up the property ladder without the hassle that can be associated with the process,” Elaine commented.
“We’ll appoint an estate agent to market your existing home, work with them to get it sold and pay your selling fees.”
Inspired by the Arts and Crafts movement, the traditional exteriors of the New Heritage Collection homes hide a contemporary interior specification. Designed for modern family life they feature convivial open plan living spaces, fashionable kitchen designs with floor to ceiling units, central islands and top brand name appliances, plus bathrooms that are sleek, modern and pleasing to the eye.
Potential purchasers who want to look inside a New Heritage Collection home should pay a visit to Redrow’s Ty Newydd development in Wrexham.
