It takes an average of around five months to sell a home in Maidstone, Kent – and the hassle of waiting for a buyer can often prove a major obstacle for those eager to take their next step along the property chain.

But those in search of new houses in Maidstone – or properties for sale in Tonbridge or a new home in the Medway towns – can cut out the headache of selling their existing property by choosing their brand new dream home at Taylor Wimpey’s Kings Walk development.

Selected family-size properties from this popular collection of new homes in Loose, Maidstone, are available with the leading housebuilder’s fantastic easymover incentive.

Under this stress-free scheme, purchasers can choose their ideal new home and then let Taylor Wimpey find a buyer for their current property.

The average selling time for easymover customers is just five weeks, although many see their homes sold within the first fortnight – and the housebuilder can even pay the estate agency fees!

Ninety per cent of properties are sold successfully through the initiative, and the typical timescale from sale to exchange of contracts is just 10 weeks.

Mark Pajak, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We know how difficult it can be, selling a property in Maidstone – and the time-consuming and stressful process is often the last thing movers need when they’ve got their hearts set on the new house of their dreams.

“Our easymover programme has been specifically designed to help make buying and moving to one of our high-quality new homes at Kings Walk simple and free from hassle.

“We make all the arrangements and can even foot the estate agent’s bill – so all our customers have to do is sit back, relax and look forward to their big move!”

A choice of spacious three-bedroom houses is available under the easymover scheme at Kings Walk, with prices ranging from just £209,995 to only £224,995 – exceptional value for new homes in Kent.

For example, the sought-after ‘Chadwick’ townhouse, priced from £219,995, features a light and airy kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, a handy guest cloakroom and an integrated garage off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a comfortable lounge with attractive Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden, plus an en-suite bedroom, while the en-suite master bedroom shares the top floor with a further bedroom and a main bathroom.

Like all new homes at Kings Walk, the ‘Chadwick’ is completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Conveniently situated in the peaceful village of Loose, Kings Walk provides new homes close to Maidstone, the new Fremlin Walk shopping centre, Mall Chequers Centre and a choice of supermarkets.

Swimming pools, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema and theatres mean that there’s plenty to do during leisure time, while a further benefit for families is that the new properties are near to schools for children of all ages.

Alongside the new homes, Taylor Wimpey is also building a new sports and community centre with room for a playgroup, local group meetings, a fitness suite, and an outdoor all-weather pitch as part of the scheme.

For commuters, the M20 is within easy reach, and the M25 is only 25 miles further on, while regular rail services to London run from Maidstone East, and Ashford International offers quick links to the Continent.

To find out more about easymover at Kings Walk, would-be movers can visit the Sales Centre, located off Melrose Close, Loose, Maidstone, and open Thursday to Monday from 9.30am to 5pm.
