New show homes inspire buyers in Merthyr Tydfil

Since the opening of two stylish show homes, Redrow has seen a surge in sales at its Gelli Dawel development in Merthyr Tydfil.

A total of 17 homes have been reserved since the pair of professionally decorated and fully furnished show homes opened their doors six weeks ago to show buyers the enormous potential of the properties.

Luly Brice, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South Wales), said: “We’ve had a great run of sales since the show homes opened, averaging around three per week. They have given visitors something tangible to see and experience and it’s certainly had the desired effect in terms of inspiring purchasers. Some properties have even been reserved within 24 hours of releasing them for sale, which proves just how popular they are.”

Redrow deliberately decided to target different types of buyers with each show home. The three-bedroom ‘Dunmore’ was given a contemporary, ‘edgy’ style to appeal to first time buyers, whereas the three-bedroom ‘Fairbourne’ has been styled as a modern family home, ensuring the designs reflected the wide appeal of the development.
