Celebrate Bastille Day with Morgan M

Morgan M, the acclaimed French restaurant at 489 Liverpool Road in Islington is offering a special tasting menu to celebrate Bastille Day this year.

Available from 14th July until Sunday, 25th July, the special menu offers five courses of Morgan’s refined cuisine, with tasting samples of selected wines from Burgundy, for just £50 per person. The menu must be requested at the time of booking.

Dishes on the menu will include a summer broad bean soup; followed by a tartare of tuna with a red pepper sorbet; and glazed pork belly with apple puree, pommes fondant and port jus – with a strawberry and rhubarb soufflée to finish.

The restaurant will showcase a selection of wines from Burgundy to match the menu, including a white Beaune from N. Potel and a Fleurie from E. Lorol - although the restaurant’s extensive wine list will also be available (extra cost).
